When using www.ToursSharm.com you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Booking:
By sending us your request by mail or by completing the Book Now form and forwarding it to www.tourssharm.com, our rep. will contact you to finalize the deal and the arrangements, and then send you the tour itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm it.
On receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your booking in writing, and any further information relevant to the tour or the service that you have booked will be sent to you before the date of the tour.
On occasion, some tours & services may require a higher deposit, in which case you will be advised at booking time.
At other times, some tours & services may not require a down payment in advance, with payment allowed on the tour date. You will also be advised about this at the booking time.
You must pay the required deposit before the tour date otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation fees as set out below.
Special Requests:
For any special request, you should inform us at the time of booking, and we will help to satisfy your requests and needs. We guarantee to do this, but only subject to availability, and you must inform us of your special requests before the final confirmation of the tours, activities or services.
Responsibility:
All clients are responsible for ensuring validation of their passport during the booked tours.
All clients must conform to the required health regulations by the country/countries that will be visited during the tours and activities.
www.tourssharm.com act as the participant’s agent in regards to holiday and travel needs, whether by any other kinds of transportation, and assume that no liability for illness, delay, loss, injury, damage, irregularity or accident to any person or any property results directly or indirectly in cases such as (acts of ALLAH, acts of governments, force majeure, weather or other authorities, civil disturbances, riots, theft, wars, labor disputes, quarantines, mechanical breakdowns, or default acts, cancellations, delays, or amendments made by hotels, restaurants, or carrier). No responsibility is accepted to additional expenses.
The tour itinerary sequence may be subject to change in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Children’s Policy:
As for hotels, cruises and packages.
Infant under (2 years) free of charge.
Children under (6 years) 30% of total price for the adult.
Children under (12 years) 50% of total price for the adult.
12 years or older same price as adults.
As for excursions, tours, activities.
Infant under (2 years) free of charge.
Children under (12 years) deducted around £5, £10 or £15 of adult price.
12 years or older same price as adults.
Your child may require an extra supplement if your itinerary includes flights, ferry boats or domestic flights.
Client Amendments:
Any amendments or changes made on the booking by clients are subject to availability and if there are any changes in prices due to this amendment, they will apply without any administrative fees.
Flights:
Domestic Flights – Tours based on programs with domestic flights are quoted on the average prices of flights in approximate timings. Therefore, for any special requests in flight times or amendments to reservations there may be changes in prices and they will be applied.
International Flights – www.tourssharm.com can provide you with int. flights if needed, for any destination all over the world, and you will pay at the booking time by giving your credit number to the employee to complete the transaction.
Cancellation Policy:
– Your cancellation must be sent via email to provide us with confirmation that the booking should be cancelled.
– Cancellation fees will be applied according to the following scale:
• In No-show cases, no refund.
• Cancellation of tours, services or activities within 24 hours before the tour date, no refund.
• Cancellation of tours, services or activities between 48 and 72 hours before the tour date, no refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation of tours, services or activities 72 hours before the Tour date, full refund.
• Cancellation of hotels between 1 – 7 days before arrival date, full payment, no refund.
• Cancellation of hotels between 8 – 15 days before arrival date, 50% will be charged.
• Cancellation of domestic flights, you will be charged for any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy when you cancel the tour at any time.
Payment Policy:
Booking should be made as early as possible to confirm your tour space availability, then deposits paid by a credit card, via Western Union, Paypal, Bank transfer or cash on delivery upon your arrival to Sharm El0Sheikh, and the rest of the payment will be on the tour date.
Payment by Bank Transfer:
If we agree that you will pay by bank wire transfer, we will send you the details of our bank account as (Bank name, Branch Address, SWIFT code, Customer name, Account Number), and you will email us the receipt of the payment transaction.
Payment by Credit Cards:
If you pay by credit cards, we require the following documents, according to the regulations of our bank. You should email these documents to us or give it to our rep. upon your arrival to Sharm El-Sheikh. If not, we won’t be able to complete your booking.
A photocopy of your passport.
A photocopy of your credit card (both sides) signed by you.
Authorization letter to www.tourssharm.com signed by you authorizing the withdrawal from the credit card.
Refunds:
Refunds are made easy and given in the same way we received the payment.
No refunds in no-show cases for a confirmed booking.
Accommodation:
Prices are based on per adult per double room.
Single rooms are available at an additional supplement rate.
Tipping:
Tipping is expressing your satisfaction with the services you’ve received by staff, but you aren’t obligated to do so; it is your decision.
Complaints:
For any complaints when you are on the spot, please notify us immediately and quickly because most of the problems can be solved instantly. Our quality control is here to serve you.
Notification of Changes:
ToursSharm.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as we see fit. We will announce to you that these changes have been made, so any changes to our terms and conditions or privacy policy will be posted 30 days prior to these changes taking place. We therefore advise you to re-read this on a regular basis, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
Agreement Acceptance:
The validation and acceptance of the agreement between ToursSharm.com and the client subject to these terms and conditions, and by confirmation of the booking, signifies the client’s commitment.
